Under Alberta’s EPR framework, ARMA’s role is to oversee and manage the system, ensuring that Producers fulfill their regulatory obligations. Producers contribute financially to support this oversight and are also given the opportunity to participate in consultations as key stakeholders.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in ARMA’s Oversight Fee Consultation in 3 simple steps:

Two webinars are scheduled to present information live and answer any questions that may assist in shaping your feedback. For those who cannot attend or wish to revisit the material presented, a link to the webinar recording will also be provided.

Two webinars are scheduled to allow producers to attend live presentations and ask questions. The materials to be presented will be the same for both webinars.
Survey links will be emailed to all registered Producers after the conclusion of the first webinar. Feedback from Producers is important to ensuring the oversight fees are fair and effective. We encourage Registered Producers to participate in the consultation to make their voice heard. ARMA’s goal is to support Producers in understanding and fulfilling their regulatory obligations under Alberta’s EPR framework.
