Since 1992, Alberta Recycling Management Authority has overseen the province’s Tire Recycling Program which is governed by provincial regulations and bylaws. This section provides Suppliers with up-to-date information related to the Tire Recycling Program including general program information, applicable forms, and policy changes.


Suppliers who are looking to get used tires collected from their business can make arrangements by contacting one of the program’s registered processors. Depending on your location and quantity of tires, it may take time to schedule a pick-up, so please try to make arrangements in advance.

Registration Application

Anyone who sells, distributes, manufactures, supplies or imports designated tires in, or into Alberta, is required to register with Alberta Recycling. If you are currently supplying tires or will be supplying tires in the future and are not already registered with the Program, please follow the link below to create your account with ARMA Connect.
