These free templates are available for registered collection sites looking to promote their services. The provided fillable PDF files allow you to easily add your information and logo.

Below, you'll find a variety of customizable templates to help you promote your collection site and raise awareness.

Tips on promoting your event:

  • Keep your messaging simple, ensuring your location and contact information are clearly visible. 
  • If specific drop-off instructions apply, communicate them on your website or onsite. 
  • Ensure signage is clearly displayed so people know where to drop off material. 
  • Regularly promote your location on social media. Share photos of collected materials or your site in action to keep your audience engaged. 
  • Tag ARMA in your social media posts—we’re happy to engage and help boost visibility.

How to Use the Advertising Templates

This document contains guidelines on how to use the following print, online, and social media advertising templates, and the ARMA logo.

Template Usage Guide

If you are going to build your own ads and require the ARMA logo, please download the logo files and follow our Logo Usage Guidelines.

ARMA Logos

Please select the advertising template that includes the program material streams for your collection site. The file contains all the information to promote your approved material streams collectively. For example, if your site collects Electronics, Paint, & Tires, download the Electronics, Paint & Tires file.
